Dear Customers:

We have been working with Broadvox, a national VoIP carrier, for the last few weeks to provide unmetered local and domestic long distance SIP trunks. During that time, Broadvox was able to approve the initial sales contract and bring trunks online for our customers within three days. However, there have now been two instances where a customer wanted to make simple changes to their account and Broadvox was unable to complete these change orders in a reasonable amount of time. In both instances, we have had to resort to calling executives to find out what the problem is and ask them to escalate the issue.

We feel that this is no way to treat our customers. We will not run damage control for any of our vendors or partners, nor will we let their inability to service our customers fairly bring our own company into a negative light. We do not feel that Broadvox has put forth a good faith effort showing that these issues will not happen in the future. Therefore, we have made the decision to terminate our sales contract with them.

We will continue to service customers that have standing contracts with Broadvox or any other carrier for that matter. We will offer our assistance in correcting any service or quality issues with your carrier as a courtesy only - we cannot make any guarantees that we will have any more success than you would

We will continue to offer our metered service, which is competively priced, doesn't require a contract - and in mid-March, you can add and modify services online - instantly. For high volume customers or those that were interested in unmetered service, our rates are negotiable and we may be able to put together an agreement that meets the unmetered service rates, depending on your calling area and patterns.
